DISCLAIMER FOR CHILD SUPERVISION DURING SANTA’S MAGICAL TRAIL SLEEPOVER 2016

This only applies to Parents/Adults of children attending Santa's Magical Trail Sleepover 2016

You will be given a copy of this Disclaimer at check-in at the Clanard Court Reception Desk.

To be read, understood and signed by parent/adult in charge of child/ren on the Magical Sleepover at the Clanard Court Hotel. Your child’s safety at Clanard Court is of utmost importance to us. Please can you therefore read through the following checklist which involves the supervision of your child throughout their Magical Sleepover experience with us;

• On arrival at check-in, you will be provided with name badge/s for the Sleepover for your child/ren by our Reception Team. Before you start your Trail, the name/s & age/s of the child/ren must be completed by yourself on the front of the badge insert and on the back, your name, mobile number and room number. The child/ren must then wear this badge throughout their stay so they and their parent/adult in charge can be identified by the Clanard Court staff;

• After your Trail & Dinner, from 8.30pm, we will provide a Magic Show for all the children in The Christmas Pavilion in the car park. All children must be escorted there by the parent/adult in charge. Younger pre-school age children will need their parent/adult in charge to stay with them for the duration of the Magic Show. All children must sign in;    

• When the Magic Show finishes (at approx. 9.15pm), the younger pre-school age children can be brought back into the hotel to our Playroom/Cinemas Room located in The Woodstock Room and must be signed in to be left under the supervision of the Clanard Court staff until 10.45pm. Children must then be signed out; 

• For older children who are big enough, they can stay on in The Christmas Pavilion and again must be signed in by the parent/adult in charge to be left under the supervision of the Clanard Court staff until 10.45pm. Children must then be signed out;

• For any required visits to the toilet during this supervision time, the Clanard Court staff in charge will escort the younger children to the hotel public toilet facilities located closest to the Woodstock Room and the older children will be escorted to/from the hotel to use same by the Clanard Court staff in charge;

• It is not the duty of the Clanard Court staff to supply child care or babysitting services for your child/ren, but to supervise games and entertainment for them. They cannot be held responsible for any accident or incident that may occur. If the child/ren wishes to return to their parent/adult in charge during the offered supervision time, then the Clanard Court staff will locate you and bring back your child/ren to you in the hotel.
